Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

• Contact form — your name, email address, preferred contact method, phone number if provided, package of interest and message. Used to answer your enquiry using the contact method you chose. Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox on the form).
• Your case — if you become a client, your name, email address and the details of your tax return. Legal basis: performance of our agreement to prepare your return.
• Documents you send — the tax documents you provide (for example salary certificates or mortgage-interest statements). Used solely to prepare your return.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers.

Cookies

The site sets one strictly necessary cookie, taxes_session, which protects the contact form against abuse; it holds only a random identifier and expires after 24 hours. Signing in to the client area sets a session cookie that ends when you sign out or after a few hours. These cookies are needed for the site to work, so no consent banner is shown.

Who receives your data

Only the person who prepares your return sees your data. It is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed on our behalf only by the providers needed to run the service, bound by a data-processing agreement:

• Hosting: see the legal notice.
• Contact-form e-mails are sent through Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Data may be transferred to the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• If you choose WhatsApp, we answer through WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta). WhatsApp processes your phone number and message metadata under its own privacy policy, with possible transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You may choose another contact method at any time.
• Calls and SMS are handled through our mobile operator.

If you choose the package with submission, your return is sent to the Luxembourg tax authority (Administration des contributions directes).

Where it is processed

Your data is stored in the European Union. If Google or WhatsApp processes it outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.

How it is stored and protected

Your data is stored in our database on the hosting described in the legal notice, and access to it requires authentication. Enquiries are also sent by e-mail to the preparer through Google’s mail service so they can reply.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. Enquiries without a contract: deleted automatically 12 months after the last contact. Client documents: 12 months after the case is closed. The prepared return and invoices: 10 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction, or a copy of it, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's data-protection authority, the CNPD (Commission nationale pour la protection des données).

Is providing data required

No. But without your contact details I cannot answer you, and without your documents I cannot prepare your return. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
